We will be hosting an Ultimate Frisbee skills clinic on Saturday, January 28th from 10am - 1pm.

Level 1 certified Ultimate Frisbee coaches will be coming out to Vandegrift, offering comprehensive coaching to help bring your game to the next level.

We will work on: 

- Throwing mechanics 

- Marking

- Offensive/ Defensive strategy

- And much more..... 

 

This clinic is 100% free, and everyone is encouraged to come out.
